1. Acceptance
By placing a bid or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Bidding
All bids are binding offers to purchase. The highest bid at the auction close wins. You must be at least 18 years old to bid. We reserve the right to cancel bids or end auctions early at our sole discretion.
3. Payment & Fulfillment
Winners will be contacted directly by the seller after the auction closes to arrange payment and collection. Payment terms, methods, and timing are agreed between buyer and seller. The site does not process payments.
4. Shipping & Pickup
Collection options are listed on each lot. Shipping fees are quoted by the seller after the auction based on the buyer's location and the item. See our Shipping & Refund Policy.
5. As-Is Sales — No Returns or Refunds
All items are sold strictly as-is. All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to condition, authenticity, fit, finish, change of mind, or shipping damage. Descriptions and photos are provided in good faith; it is the buyer's responsibility to review them before bidding. See our Shipping & Refund Policy.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount of your winning bid for the lot in dispute.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
