Shipping & Refund Policy

Collection options
Each lot lists its available collection methods: local pickup, shipping, or both. Pickup is free unless otherwise noted. Shipping fees are quoted by the seller after the auction closes, based on your delivery address and the item's size and fragility.
Shipping timeline
Winners selecting shipping will be contacted by the seller within 3 business days with a shipping quote. Items typically ship within 7 business days of payment receipt. Tracking is provided where available.
Pickup
Pickup details (address and window) are coordinated directly with the seller after the auction closes. Items must be collected within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
All sales final — no returns or refunds
Every item is sold as-is. All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
By placing a bid you acknowledge that you have reviewed the listing photos and description, that you accept the item in its current condition, and that buyer's remorse, change of mind, fit, finish, condition, authenticity, or shipping damage are not grounds for a refund.
It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect listing details and ask any questions before bidding. Once a winning bid is placed, payment is owed in full.
Shipping damage
Items ship at the buyer's risk. If your item arrives damaged you may file a claim directly with the carrier — the seller is not liable for transit damage and no refund will be issued. Optional shipping insurance may be available at additional cost; ask the seller before paying.
Disputes
Buyers and sellers are expected to attempt good-faith resolution before escalating. The site operator may assist as a mediator but is not a party to the transaction.
